Peer workers provide companionship, encouragement, hope and practical skills for recovery. We help to build your confidence and self-esteem. We inspire you to reach for your dreams. We can support you in lots of different ways, such as:

  • Starting a new hobby

  • Helping make your goals and dreams a reality

  • Building confidence

  • Exercise – walking, swimming, groups

  • Mindfulness activities, meditation, yoga

  • Social engagement
